Today is my oldest daughter’s birthday. I cannot believe that she is 12 years old today, almost a teenager! My Little Miss 12 is super sweet, when she wants to be, has an attitude but feels guilty about it, has an incredible sense of humor and is Sassy with a capital s. She is a talented singer, writer, and artist. She loves animals, especially cats, is a nurturer to all, including her siblings and her mama. She is fiercely protective of her family, and ultra sensitive about her feelings. I love this girl!
12 years ago today, my first baby girl came into this world, and I have never been the same. She changed how I view myself, and makes me think hard about everything I do because she is a mini-me and I do not want her to make my mistakes. She is one of kind and I am thankful for her everyday. She is my daughter, and she is my friend.
